Key steps for the Client

    Video call or face-to-face meeting to get to know each other, discuss the position to fill and the terms and conditions of Claire Thevenard Recruitment.

    Once receiving the agreement to the terms and conditions, provision of a shortlist of relevant candidates within 10 days, with their CVs and a summary of the key elements of their profile.

    If so wished, planning and organisation of interviews for the selected candidates. Continuous follow-up with candidates after each interview, including sharing negative feedback.

    Should an offer be made to a candidate after the final interview, assistance in getting additional documents (such as ID document, working permit, work certificates, diplomas, reference checks) needed to complete the candidate’s application file.

  • 5

    E-mail exchange once the offer has been accepted by the candidate to end the process with Claire Thevenard Recruitment with the invoice being sent shortly after.
